MSR Lightning Ascent

For snowshoeing in the pacific north-west there is essentially no competition: MSR Lightning Ascent is the very best and preferred by essentially everybody.

The reason the MSR is so dominant is that PNW snow gets pretty dense, solid, and sometimes icy (affectionately called 'cascade concrete') due to the regular warm temperatures and occasional rain storms. This compact snow does not need excessive flotation capabilities, but does need very good traction. The crampons and the metal edge around the snow achieve that.

The only reason to perhaps use a different snowshoe is if you are only doing very relaxed walks on flat terrain.
