Scarpa Mescalito

I generally use trail running shoes ( Hoka Speedgoat), but one problem with trail running shoes is that the sole is so cushy that they are not great for edging (using small footholds) on a scramble or traversing snow. I don't want to carry heavy boots only for that purpose, and dedicated climbing shoes are not great for mixed terrain.

I use a pair of Scarpa Mescalito for this purpose. It's a nice, durable shoe. The pair weights 800 grams. They are marketed as approach shoes. Unfortunately, approach shoes are not commonly found in outdoor stores, but you can order them online at Zappos.
